Martha Dryden, CAPS
President AU Management Martha Dryden, CAPS, HCCP, C3P, serves as the Director of Property Management for AU Management. She has been with AU for over 17 years working first on the Development Team before helping form and lead the Property Management Team in 2012. Martha is responsible for overseeing AU’s portfolio of 30 properties in Kentucky and West Virginia including the property management and maintenance staff, daily operations and all property compliance. Martha was the 2017 recipient of the GLAA Multi-site Property Supervisor of the Year and the 2018 recipient of the GLAA Dottie Stinnett Distinguished Service Award. Martha has served on the GLAA Board of Directors since 2016 and chaired the Legislative Committee in 2018 and 2019.
Robert Jones, CAM Vice President Silvestri Real Estate Robert Jones, CAM is the VP of Multi-Family Sales as Silvestri Real Estate where his primary focus is sourcing off-market opportunities and managing the transaction process from start to finish. Robert has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2016 and has previously served on the Manager’s Key Council as well as the Legislative and Outreach Committee’s. Prior to his time with Silvestri Real Estate, Robert successfully managed assets ranging from stable communities with MAA to executing the lease up of a new development for Vita Property Management Group. Danielle Porche, CAM Secretary PRG Real Estate I think we are very lucky in Lexington to have an organization like the GLAA. GLAA has provided me with incredible opportunities, including earning the CAM certification with my peers through the NAA. I have attended countless education seminars, and the experiences have made me more confident and qualified in my position. As a property management professional, you also cannot underestimate the value of access to proven and qualified vendors. As an added benefit to owners and managers, GLAA provides fantastic opportunities for team-building, employee engagement, networking and volunteerism. There really is something for everyone in the industry! Michelle Rowlett Treasurer The Henry at Fritz Farm Brandon Cutwright, CAM Immediate Past President Silvestri Real Estate Brandon is the President of Multi-Family sales for Silvestri Real Estate and is a specialist of real estate analytics and operations. Brandon has been involved in the successful closing of over 6,000 units while at Silvestri Real Estate. He is also the co-owner of Sonder Communities which owns and manages assets in the Lexington market. The GLAA has helped me grow leaps in bounds in my career. My involvement has not only increased my knowledge of the apartment industry, but it has also been a major factor in my 3 promotions in the past 5 years. The networking, community outreach, and education opportunities make the GLAA beneficial to any apartment professional. |

Chelsey Hawkins
The Village Chelsey started in the apartment industry 8 years ago with MAA as a leasing consultant and has served on several committees within the apartment association. As a property manager, the GLAA has been instrumental in providing networking and support throughout my career. The relationships that you are able to develop is above reproach. Samantha Ryan
The Metropolitan Samantha Ryan graduated from Sullivan University with an Associates of Science in Paralegal Studies. Shortly after graduation she pursued a career in the legal field as a Paralegal. In 2007 she decided that she wanted to help people in a more fulfilling way and joined Sterling Properties/ Stoney Brooke Apartments as a leasing consultant for a 232-unit property. Quickly learning the housing industry, she was promoted in less than six months to Assistant Manager. In 2011 she was promoted to Assistant Manager with Raintree Apartments a 480-unit property. After 3 months with Raintree she returned to Stoney as the Property Manager where she received The Greater Lexington Apartment Associations Rookie of the year. She joined Manager’s Key Council with the GLAA in 2015 and has been elected Chair for 2 terms. She led her team at Stoney Brooke until 2016 winning many more awards such as Over All Team of The Year. In March of 2017 she joined Brookside Properties Inc. with The Racquet Club a 474-unit property. She has managed 2 other properties with Brookside and was appointed to Manager Mentor under her region since joining her new home. She also received The GLAA’s manager of the Year in 2018. Samantha is currently working on her CAM designation and plans to further her education. She has 3 children; Madisyn, Jonathan and Conner with her husband Steven. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Lexington Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Kentucky. He represents and advises landlords and property owners throughout Kentucky on all of their landlord-tenant issues. He has handled over 35,000 evictions and defended hundreds of housing discrimination cases.
