We are looking for a qualified professional, to manage a Lexington Apartment Community. Applicant needs to have property management experience and be familiar with fair housing, knowledge of multi family lease procedures, sales aptitude, and proficient with computer programs. They must have the ability to deal professionally with the public, have a good attitude and a willingness to get the job done. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, dependable and must have the ability to close the sale. This position is fulltime and offers health benefits. Property Manager

Modern Property Management, Inc. seeks a motivated, professional property manager/ leasing agent to manage a portfolio of properties in the Lexington serving area. 

This position requires an outgoing, bi-lingual (English-Spanish) sales person who loves movement, meeting new people and closing leases. The ideal candidate has experience in the industry, knowledge of Fair Housing, knowledge of property management beyond leasing and is confident speaking to property owners. Candidates should have good typing and computer skills; facility with Yardi is a plus. Expect a background check and drug screen. Candidates should have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
