Membership Committee

• This Committee, in conjunction with the Executive Director, is responsible for increasing membership.

• It is responsible for establishing policy for membership recruitment and retention as well as the development and marketing of membership service programs and products.

• Membership is also responsible for the evaluation of all member services to determine if they should be retained, dropped, expanded or improved, based on their effectiveness in meeting member needs.

• This committee is also responsible for implementing new and exciting ways to increase membership and retain current members through an annual membership drive, incentive programs, and/or mentoring programs.

• This committee is a great group to belong to as you get to know the members first hand.
