Manager's Key Council (MKC)
- This council consists of a group of appointees, all holding multifamily management positions. It was formed to directly represent on-site management.
- MKC offers an excellent forum, in the form of annual meetings and roundtable discussions, for property managers to exchange ideas and information.
- This council is also responsible for organizing one fundraiser for GLAA and presenting the GLAA Vendors with their annual Vendor Appreciation Luncheon.
- Members of this council must have or be working towards the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Certified Apartment Manager’s (CAM) designation.
- The GLAA MKC is a fun and exciting way to get to know your competition and your vendor members.

Job Description
- Schedule monthly meetings with council members.
- Prepare an agenda for each meeting and submit minutes from MKC secretary to GLAA Board of Directors.
- Implement the by-laws of this council.
- Oversee the selection of new council members.
- Submit articles for publication to GLAA as they become available.
- Schedule round table meetings with all GLAA Property Managers.
- Oversee MKC fundraiser Monte Carlo.
- Oversee MKC Vendor Appreciation Luncheon.
