Education Committee

• This committee, in conjunction with the Executive Director, determines the overall objectives for education and assists in implementing budgetary goals.

• It establishes policy regarding the development, marketing and implementation of all educational offerings.

• It also monitors the quality and profitability of education activities.

Typically, a full year schedule is finalized by November of the preceding year.  Often, seminars are built around the general membership meetings allowing the seminar presenter to speak at the general membership meeting.

The General Membership meetings are highly important to both Regular and Associate Members as opportunities for networking and socializing.  They are used to disseminate information, and to educate with timely topics.  The meetings should be informative, entertaining, conveniently timed, and handled in a highly professional manner to promote attendance and be successful as a valuable member benefit.
