Michelle Rowlett, Property Manager at the Grand Reserve, began working in property management in 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) in 2002. After relocating to Lexington, Kentucky, she began working for Mid America Apartment Communities five years ago at Lakepointe Apartments. In 2004, she became manager at the Mansion Apartments and in 2008 transferred to the Grand Reserve at Pinnacle (other MAAC communities).

Brenda began her property management career in 1998 with Lexford Properties. She received her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) in 2000 and in 2006 she became a certified faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. Brenda has chaired the Membership and Education Committee and is active in the Outreach Committee.
 
Craig Hardin

Mr. Hardin is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has formerly worked for the University of Kentucky, Simplex Fire Alarm & Security Company and the Trane Air Conditioning Company as a Regional Sales Manager. Craig departed engineering & sales to pursue full time property management of his own properties in 2001. Hardin Properties (est. 1986) and the Lexington Land Company, LLC now operate 34 properties with approximately 300 tenants. The primary focus of his business is quality living for students near the University of Kentucky. Mr. Hardin has been appointed to several government committees over the years including the Lexington Town & Gown Commission, the Student Housing Task Force and the Aylesford East University Small Area Planning Committee. He was instrumental as a founding member, past president and officer of the University Area Housing Association (UAHA) a Non-profit organization dedicated to safe, decent, clean housing in Lexington and participated in obtaining government action for better housing in the university and downtown areas. Mr. Hardin joined the Greater Lexington Apartment Association in 2008 and was recognized in 2009 with their Award of Excellence for his outstanding achievements and community involvement while serving as the Legislative Chairperson of the GLAA. Craig has been married for 23 years to his wife Carmela and is a father to 3 children. He spends a lot of time on soccer fields as a coach for 8 years and a parent supporter. Craig is an Eagle Scout and a 3 term past president of the congregational board of The Church At Athens.

Jenni Wilson

Jenni has been in the property management business since 1994.  She started as a Leasing Consultant and have worked at 4 communities in Lexington. Jenni lived and worked as a Support Manager in Nashville, TN in 1996 and then returned home to Lexington before settling in and working 6 years at the same community. She worked with For Rent Magazine for 1 year before going back to on-site management with Mid-America in 2005.  She worked as Community Leader at The Village for one year and then as the North Regional Marketing Director covering OH, KY, TN & AL for 2 years with MAAC. Jenni is currently an Area Leader in the North Region with MAAC supervising 1722 (7 communities) units in Kentucky & Ohio. She has served on the Manager's Key Council and the Outreach Committee with the GLAA.  Family is very important to me and the GLAA has been a wonderful family to be a part of. Jenni is also very happily married and the mother of two wonderful boys.

Leslie began her career with Fogelman Management Group as a Leasing Consultant at The Fountains at Andover. She then relocated with FMG to Savannah, GA where she was Asst. Manager of Preston Grove. She served as a member of the Savannah Apartment Association Board of Directors, Charitable Service, Hospitality, and PR Committees. Another career opportunity led her to move to McClellanville, SC, where she became Property Manager of luxury vacation rentals on Sullivan’s Island and the Isle of Palms, for Dunes Properties of Charleston (…and met her husband!). She has recently completed her fifth year as Property Supervisor for Central State Managers, Inc. and currently serves as a member of the GLAA Board of Directors, Education (Chair), Membership (Affordable Housing Subcommittee Chair), and Outreach Committees. Leslie and her husband, John, share a sweet little daughter named Katie Grace.

Mary Beth Baker, started in the multi-housing industry in 1991. She has worked at several properties in Lexington including managing The Racquet Club Apartments. In 1997 she earned her CAM (Certified Apartment Mananger). Mary Beth has been with For Rent Media Solutions since 2002. Education is a passion of Mary Beth's. She has served for many years as the chairperson of the education committee and teaches many classes and seminars for her customers and GLAA. In 2008 she became a certified faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. Mary Beth has served on many committees and on the Manager's Key Council and Associate Council.

Stephanie Burch works for CORT Furniture Rental as an Account Executive. She began working in the property management industry in 1991, with Paragon Group in Louisville, KY. Then she spent 4 years as an assistant manager and 4 years as a property manager.  In June 1999, Stephanie started with Globe Furniture, now CORT Furniture and worked inside sales for 1 year then promoted to Outside Account Executive. She received her CAS certification in 2006.
Stephanie has served on several committees for both the Louisville Apartment Association and the Lexington Apartment Association.

He has served on the Board of the GLAA since 1998. David’s area of expertise involves high wealth individuals; service businesses; manufacturing, retail, wholesale and distribution companies; equine industry including horse farms, equine veterinarians, etc.; and, rental real estate and real estate construction/development. In addition to these industries his firm including his other shareholders, directors and staff has many other areas of expertise. David has been married for 20 years to his wife, Paula, and has three great children. He enjoys reading, golfing and being involved in the many activities that his children participate in.

I first started my relationship with the GLAAA in 1997 when we started the Crime Free Multi Housing in Lexington Police Department. The CFMH is a program to keep drugs and illegal activity off of rental property. We also strongly emphasis education and networking through attending the seminar seminar. We host an annual conference once a year for property owners, leasing agents and any person related to rental property business. We work with properties when they need help with narcotic problems or other criminal type problems on their property. We also have correspondence with rental managers whenever they have any request.
