Jody Williams graduated from the University of KY in 1997.  Immediately out of school she began working in Property Management.  In the last 9 years she has worked at several communities including The Fountains at Andover , Bridle Creek and her current community The Racquet Club (managed by Simpson Property Group).  She is the Community Manager of The Racquet Club which conssits of 474 apartment homes, 16 employees and a restaurant.  "It truly is an awesome community that keeps me on my toes and I am very lucky to work for such an amazing company."

    Michelle Rowlett, Property Manager at the Mansion Apartments, began working in property management in 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) in 2002.  After relocating
    to Lexington, Kentucky in 2003, she began working for Mid America Apartment Communities at Lakepointe Apartments.  In 2004, she became manager at the Mansion Apartments (another MAAC community).  She has served 2 years on the Awards Committee and is the current Chair of the Manager's Key Council for the Lexington Apartment Association.

    Dottie Stinnett, Regional Property Manager for Professional Management Group, has been in the apartment industry for 17 years, supervising 17 properties throughout the state of Kentucky. Dottie has been a member of the Lexington Apartment Association since 1996, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2001, serving as Secretary in 2003 and 2004, Vice President in 2005, and President in 2006.

    Lisa has been in the property management business for 11 years. She started in the business as a leasing consultant and has worked on four properties in Lexington. She also worked as a Residential Account Executive for Cort Furniture Rental for 3 years. After a 4 year hiatus from the business when she became a Radiologic Technologist, she rejoined the LAA as the Assistant Manager at Beaumont Farms. She has been the publisher of the Apartment Finder since March 2005. Lisa has a B.A. from the University of Kentucky, is certified in Diagnostic Radiology and CT and holds her Certified Apartment Supplier Designation (CAS). In November 2006 she became a certified faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. She is the current chair of the Associate Council along with participating in numerous other committees and events.

    Lexington Residential and Apartment Referral
    Judy has been in the apartment and residential rental service for 
    20 years and is the owner and principal broker for Lexington's 
    original locator service. The service works with most of the major
    apartment communities in  Lexington as well as many privately owned properties including rental homes, townhomes, duplexes and more.
    The service specializes in getting quality tenants for any type of rental property. Judy has been a member of the Lexington  Apartment
    Association since 1984, and has served on the Board of  Directors at
    different times since 1990, serving as both Secretary and as Treasurer.

    Brenda began her property management career in 1998 with Lexford Properties. She received her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) in 2000 and in 2006 she became a certified faculty member of the NAA Education Institute. Brenda has chaired the Membership and Education Committee and is active in the Outreach Committee.

    Sperry Van Ness
    John W. Bronaugh, CCIM, serves as managing director and senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale and lease of multifamily properties and land in Lexington and central Kentucky. With commercial real estate experience dating back to 1988, he has secured over 500 transactions with a career volume in excess of $200 million. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Bronaugh served as the principal broker for Bronco Realty Group, Inc., Lexington, Kentucky. Previously, for 22 years, Bronaugh operated Bronaugh Motor Express and subsidiaries, his own transportation companies which provided both truck load and less than truck load service to customers east of the Mississippi River. He entered real estate brokerage and construction after selling his companies in 1986, and has continued in brokerage and investments to the present. Active in the commercial real estate community, Bronaugh is a member of the Greater Lexington Apartment Association, the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance and the Kentucky CCIM chapter. He is a Certified Commercial Institute Member (CCIM), a Certified Residential Specialist and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Bronaugh earned a Masters Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky. He enjoys being around diverse people in both a business and personal setting. Bronaugh also loves golf and has played it since he was a child.
